DIVITTORIo LOFT
The Loft is located in the heart of the village of Rivoltella, old village on the southern shore of Garda Lake. Rivoltella Beach, one of the best of the Lake, is located few minutes walk. The apartment has a total surface of almost 100 sq with included a wide balcony with view to the Lake. We provide private parking for our guests inside the property. We have also free bike rentals for the guests. We offer premium golf club rentals at a rate of 30 € per day.
The space
The Apartment is spatious and comfortable, with private garage and private area to store bikes, golf clubs and all sport equipment. The loft is facing Garda Lake with the Sirmione Peninsula and the mountains. The overall surface of the flat is around 100 sq, including a wide balcony. We provide a full equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, two bedrooms and a 4 pieces bathroom with a washing machine.
We provide free Wi-Fi, a flat screen tv with Satellite Channels available, a Cd Player with many music cds at free use. In the kitchen we have an electric oven, induction hobs, an electric kettle, an espresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer.
Both bedrooms have large wardrobes and a children cot is available for our baby guests.
The apartment has air-conditioning and heating systems.

Cancellations & Refunds
Standard Rate:
The cancellation is free of charge 30 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time and to a week before the arrival date we charge you 50% the room rate as cancellation fee. No cancellations will be accepted less than 7 days before the arrival date.
Important information :
- Due to the fact that the apartments are located in the village center, surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.
- No parties are allowed at the premises.
- Guests are required to show a photo identification. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. Contact us directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
- Private parking is free on site.
- Tourist Tax will be charged at a rate of 1,5€ per person per day (Does not apply to people under 15 years old)
